4. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your refund request, Alpha Fintech Sdn Bhd will review it within 7 business days.
  • If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email or whatsapp and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The service has been partially completed.
  • The customer received partial use of the product.

6. Exceptions

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Claims made after 14 days from the purchase date.
