Admin & Operation Executive

Job Requirements
  • To handling incoming calls, dealing with email inquiries, group chat responds and customer service and follow up.
  • Handling of any ad hoc task as necessary.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
  • In charge of purchasing of stationery, pantry items & related office stuff.
  • In charge of company parcel courier service.
  • In charge and record staff’s attendance & on leave application.
  • Prepare staff/agent commission payment application.
  • Backend support for operation team such as all related application submission, delivery time etc. Make sure all operation task in smoothly.
  • To assist the management team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Such other duties, responsibilities and job functions that may be assigned by the company from time to time by written notice to you.
  •  In charge of our merchant support, liaising with customers, agent, and our business partners.
  • Responsibility for all database accuracy and keeping it up to date.
  • In charge of stock balancing, monitoring inventory of company assets.
  • Work as a team with other departments.
  • Organizing HR correspondence and preparing management memos, contracts, formal letters to related parties.
  • Make sure to maintain good relationship with our merchant, customer, agent, agency and our business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SPM/ Diploma
  • Familar with customer service enviroment
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
  • Weekend jobs
Salary Range
  • RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
